They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I've been Dr. Webb's patient since 1987. My sister has been his patient since 1984. Dr. Webb delivered both her sons. My daughter has been his patient since 2007. We all love him and his staff. He answers my questions directly, encourages my participation in my own health care, and showed genuine concern when I was ill. I've never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient -- he always makes sure we've covered everything before we say goodbye. I lived in a number of other cities prior to winding up in Atlanta, so I've had my fair share of gynecologists. I can happily say that I've never had a doctor that I have respected and liked as much as I do Dr. Webb.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
