They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've consistently dismissed my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very lightly. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I need an OBGYN that I feel comfortable with and right off the bat I knew they were not the one for me. Rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. He stormed out of the room after making me wait 1 1/2 in the waiting room because my mom was on the phone when he walked in. Very unprofessional. AND office personnel are unhelpful and extremely slow! Prepare to wait and be disappointed!
