They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I have known Dr. Burton and his staff for over 13 years. He is an awesome contibution to humanity and his compassion flows to his staff. He is an absolute credit to the profession. i will always be indepted to him. He never miss a beat, If at all possible, he would truly be my vison of a God Father, that is how well he took care of us during and after my pregnacies.

I love his staff, they get to know you by name honestly they can not have spoken to you in a year and know who you are. i just love them all so much.

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The chairs in the waiting room were not that comfortable but aside from that, my visits have been good.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
