They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love Dr. Freeman, he is by far the best Dr. I have been to. He always listens and helps you in any way he can. His office staff is equally as wonderful!
