Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
