One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
