Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I showed up on time for my appointment but they were (and always are) running late. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I called to cancel an appointment, and it took 45 minutes and 4 attempts to get through. Then, I still got charged a $50 no show fee. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. You cannot get them to fill prescriptions. Stay far far away from this practice. They're only in it for your insurance company's money.

Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Miller for over 10 years, and we find him the best. He takes time to discuss your issues and options for treatment, and follows up, which is important to us. He is very personable and easy to talk to. The office staff is efficient and there is a lab right there, which makes things more convenient if lab work is needed. I would recommend Dr. Miller and his office to anyone.
