I had seen ads for this naturopathic doctor, so I was eager to see him when my I began to experience health problems. I am in my 30s and very athletic, I jog almost everyday and play competitive sports. However, my hands, feets, and fingers would fall asleep and become numb very easily. And my fingers are cold to the touch even in the Summer, in the Winter it gets worse. So I go to Dr Richardson and pay all this money, thinking that he is going to actually care. I tell him about my symptoms and express that I think my blood pressure may be low (because in my layman's mind I'm thinking that is what would cause the numbness in my extremity). They take my blood pressure and he comes in and says my blood pressure is fine, but doesn't seem to be interested in offering advice on what would cause my symptoms. So I continue to push the issue, because after all, that is reason that I'm there in the first place. So he says condescendingly, "Perhaps you should exercise". LOL Ok, so being that I know I exercise everyday and I didn't pay all this money to be told that I need to exercise, again I press on about my symptoms and how painful it can be. This man looks me dead in the eye and asks me sincerely, "Did you have an unhappy childhood?" I'm like WHAT????? And THEN he further insults me by qualifying his knowledge as a doctor telling me he went to some ivy league medical school and he's pretty sure he knows what he's talking about. And that is that there is nothing wrong with me, my symptoms are psychosomatic. It's all in my attention-seeking head (ok so I added the attention-seeking part). So after I leave and go to a conventional doctor who actually cared, come to find out I have something called NEUROPATHY which is a symptom of a serious neurological disorder that I am battling. I would not recommend this man if you looking for an initial diagnosis, he will not take you seriously. Waste of money. By submitting this review I certify that all my comments are 100% true and accurate.

First indication should have been the difficulty I experienced trying to reach a live person each time I called. I was told the initial visit was $310 and was led to believe that the "comprehensive visit" included testing. However, when I got there the "comprehensive visit" turned out to be the doc discussing my history, looking into my eyes, ears and mouth with a light, telling me what position to sleep in, and having me touch my nose with my fingers. That's it! I said to the doc's brother, who didn't have time to review the proposed treatment plan with me, "I have a question. You told me the first visit was $310. What I just went through - is that it? For $310, is that it?!" He just replied, "That's it." I almost fell on the floor.

Back in the previous state in which I lived, I had a Naturpathic Doctor who charged me about the same; HOWEVER, he tested my saliva, urine and blood, did a complete exam PLUS I left with a month's supply of supplements for that price.

I am absolutely sick (worse than I was when I went in) over being robbed the way I was.

I cannot attest to the quality of care, because I did not experience any care. Just beware and ask specific questions if you go to this clinic.
