Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
