They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I am not sure I could adequatly express how strong my recommendation is for Dr. D. I moved out of CT for a few years and while there went to two different dentists. Both went out of their way to tell me how impressed they were by the quality of my dental work. I had never appreciated the difference between good and bad dental work until those conversations.

Dr D. is helpful, gentile and always willing to explain. The office staff are curteous and helpful as well.

You will never have extraneous services pushed on you and the office staff handle all of the coordination of insurance benefits.

My only complaint would be that Dr Diloreto is in high demand and now only works a limited schedule so getting appointments can be a bit tough.
