Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I am disappointed in the manner your staff treats your/their patients. When I called to speak to Dr. Merriweather with a note of EMERGENCY I was thrown into the automated voicemail, and even though I called numerous times explaining my situation, I was treated the same way over and over and over again. I became quite frustrated and very sad to see that I am in a new facility full of disappointments. THIS DOESN'T LOOK GOOD FOR DR. CHAPPEL. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
