They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
