They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their office was nice and quiet. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Dr. Kelly is very caring and makes you feel comfortable; all my questions were answered.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
