He is very personable, helpful and kind. I have been a patient of his for 5 years and have been very pleased with his staff and facility. The only downside of his practice is the wait... You can get an appt pretty much that day if you are ill, but if you are going for a regularly scheduled visit, plan to wait for 30min to 1 hour past your scheduled time. It doesn't matter if you schedule it at 9am or 4 pm.
I have never waited less than 20 minutes in the waiting room, then there is another 5-10 minutes once you get to the exam room.
He is very thorough, and that, I believe causes his lag time. I just wish it could be fixxed with his schedule. I've even tried to show up 20 minutes late, and the nurses gave me disapproving looks. I waited another 45 minutes that day.
The other patients and I sometimes joke that it's worth the wait, all you have to say is "20 or 30 minutes?" and they'll know that you're asking how long they've waited. Don't get me wrong, we are still satisfied patients, but as long as I was giving a review, I thought I'd be honest.
