I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician?
Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. My child absolutely loves J Kennedy, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

During pregnancy I was informed that my unborn child had 1 kidney and a possible tumor growing inside her. I had 3 doctors monitoring her and I so I kept Dr. Kennedy updated through the pregnancy he never charged me for the visits or the advice. Dr. Kennedy came by the hospital (45 minutes away from his office) after her birth to do an evaluation for himself at no charge. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I felt that they really valued my children's health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on my kids. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference and saved my daughter's life. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. My husband, now 31 and a medical student at USF, has seen Dr. Kennedy since he was a small child. He is very conservative but aggressive if the situation warrants it. My daughter is now 5 and she has been seen by an eye doctor for several years last month Dr. Kennedy noticed a change with my daughter's vision and sent her to the eye doctor and sure enough she now has an astigmatism. Dr. Kennedy is always right on with his medical knowledge and skills.
