Dr. McLaughlin is rude and condescending. She charged us for services that were 100% by insurance. Told us we had to pay the whole fee and that she wouldn't bill insurance anything as we had not yet met our deductible. A month later we found out from our insurance that we were covered, and that she actually billed us and them for the services. She lied to insurance about services provided, and lied to us about fees. When we called her she told us that she hadn't received a penny from insurance, (wait, I thought she wasn't billing them, her story changed again) and she would not refund us our $354. We called ins back and they sent us a copy of her charges, the check they sent her and the day it cleared. We called her back to inform her of this, and she said she would have her billing girl look at it (she told me 2 days prior she handles all the billing). She has the audacity to say to us "I assume you want your money back" UH YES!! She says she will look into and that she will send us a dismissal letter to find a new pediatrician. Thanks, we already have. Not to mention they long wait times and terrible service when we were seen. NEVER bring your child here, no bedside manner at all. Fraudulent charges, rude... save yourself the problems and don't go here.

This doctor should never be a child doctor. You will never see a smile on her face , she is always unhappy . Rude . She is interrupting you all the time , never gives you a chance to finish the sentence . Doesn't care to listen about your concerns or observations about you child. As a new parent she made me feel like a fool and very uncomfortable. There is no way a new mother should be treated like that.
I will never go back to her office . I do not recommend her to be your child's physician .

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
