Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
