I have been extremely happy with dental service I have been receiving from Dr. Roper and Alpha Dental. They appear to stay educated and aware of the latest treatment methods and choose the most proven and reliable techniques as appropriate. The entire staff is very kind, caring, and professional, and take the time with you to make sure your needs are met. Although there has not been a case in which they have had to refer me to another provider, I know that Dr. Roper would not hesitate to do so if he felt that a perticular dental issue could be treated more effectively elsewhere. I really like the low-key, down-to-earth, relaxed attitude of the staff and always feel comfortable and welcome at the office. My appointments have always started and ended on time and I never feel that I'm being rushed in or out of the office. Overall, the level of service I have received has been fantastic and I will continue to go back.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! It looked brand new

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

We love Dr. Roper. He has been taking care of my teeth for about 10 years now, and has been my husband and son's dentist for even longer. Dr. Roper is personable, friendly and professional. He is honest in his assessment of what needs to be done ASAP and what could wait, and never tries to sell unnecessary procedures. I trust him, and I am happy to have such a great dentist. Also...his fees are very reasonable!
