Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Definitely not. My child usually isn't seen for over a month
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
