Dr. Vance is a very nice dentist, however the office is run by a corporate entity in Texas. Their billing is more than confusing and will send you to collections prior to even sending you a bill. They will not honor your request of only having a cleaning every six months. Their staff was friendly enough, but they don't go out of their way to help. Most of the time I would leave feeling worse then when I came.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They are great with kids. I found them to be very informative about my dental care and how I can improve on my dental care at home. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available. In addition, their referral doctors were just as polite and accommodating as windsor
