The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
