This was the worst experience with a dr. that I ever had. The first visit, I waited 4 hours, with no apology when the Dr. finally had time for me. Before the second visit, I called to see if she was on schedule and I was told she was--but I waited 3 hours when I got there. She actually has a sign that says there's a reason the waiting room is called a waiting room. Don't go here if you value your time at all. I could not see anything outstanding about the dr. that would make me want to put up with that level of disrespect.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Not really, it wasn't very clean
