I am very pleased with the care my 8 month old son has received at Plant city pediatrics. When we were deciding on pediatricians, Dr. Williams, came highly recommended by several friends and one of my ob/gyn nurses. He has been extremely wonderful to us. Very thoughtful and kind specially since this is our first child. He is professional, knowledgeable and has ALWAYS had time for us. I have too many questions but he still smiles and has kind words for us. The other providers are great also. Same thing with them. Very kind and thoughtful. I am so pleased, not only do we have an awesome primary pediatrician, the rest of the staff is just as good. Thank you for such a great work!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They cancel on me all the time.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I have been going to this Dr. for several years and have always been pleased with Dr. Williams. My problem is with the staff especially the front office I find then curt, short and for the most part offensively rude. Not only do I take my child there but I have 2 daughters who take their children there, between us we have 9 children who go to this office. Today I have had the last straw, I just recieved a call from one of my daughters who had an appt this morning. They REFUSED to see her unless she paid in advance the $50 deductible! Her exhusband is responsible for the medical and NEVER was she told to bring the deductible or we will turn you away!!! They were rude and heartless she even asked "Why are you treating me this way?" she left the office without seeing the Dr in TEARS!!!! I will be going to a different Dr. as will all of my family! It's too bad that such a great Dr. has such an uncaring and rude staff!

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

Yes, and my child loves them!

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They had quite a few interesting books for my children to read, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The movies that are playing are an added bonus. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.
