I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I have been going to Dr Scanlan for about 25 years. Even with changes in my insurance, they have always made it affordable for me and my family. I have always been treated with respect there. The staff is friendly and attentive. I never feel like someone being pushed in--pushed out--just find the problem and be on your way. They always ask if have questions or if there is anything else I need to talk to the doctor about. I have recommended my doctor to many of my friends who now go there!
