I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I love Dr. Simon and his staff. They always find a way to work me in even when I wait until the last minute. Dr. Simon is so nice and really seems to listen to you, I didn't feel at all like it was just get in get out, like I have experience at other office. I would recommend Dr. Simon to anyone.
