Dr. Ress took excellent care of me and made sure every single question I had was answered. His staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. He is so warm and professional, it make the whole experience that much better. I was very impressed with the doctor. His office is clean and efficient.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results?
Absolutely not, I had to call them several times to get my results

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Our opinion or Bradford Ress is very poor.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. He did surgery to correct my breathing problem. It isfantastic to be able to breathe freely now.

They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I felt better as soon as I left. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

This Doctor is not a nice person in my opinion at all. I do not trust him as a person or a Doctor. I have looked up his record for him and Andrew Ress and I found several malpractice cases. I personally would avoid going to him at all costs.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I was referred to Dr. Ress by another ENT. He took great care of me and answered all of my questions. His office staff was extremely kind and they got me in very quickly. He did surgery on my ear and I had a perfect result. He is the best doctor I've seen in ages!
