They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
