They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
