I have seen this doctor for several years but feel like a number. She is not very personal and does not have the best bedside manner. I did feel pressure to use certain medications that I wasn't necessarily comfortable with, even when I asked for a generic but was pushed a brand with a coupon. I'm not sure why I was being pressured to use these particular brands. Test results are often not sent at all and are difficult to obtain when you call. I am switching doctors. They won't even notice.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
