They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
