They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I've never felt more uncomfortable with an OBGYN before. They were rude, unfriendly, and so unwelcoming.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is absolutely amazing, and they definitely take the time needed with each patient
