There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
