Exceptional! Dr. Scarzella is one of the most friendliest and most caring doctors I have received treatment from. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed them immediately. I underwent surgery with her in March of 2011 and it was a very positive experience. The sling she inserted has changed my life for the better! No longer am I presented with my urological issues after the surgery. Her staff is so nice and they go out of their way to help you. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Scarzella to anyone as I am confident that they would be under excellent care.

I felt brushed off by this doctor. She did not even conclude the visit. She just left the exam room and I didn't even know the visit was over.
She could not diagnose me and left me up in the air.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was very easy for me to get an appointment with them. They had very convenient availability. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment.
