Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
Dr. Aurand and staff ROCK! they are the best in Brevard, bar NONE

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Aurand!
the only issue I have is my employer no longer carries any insurance he accepts...but come Oct they will..

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
