I was apprehensive at first before going here because of all the bad reviews online, but WOW I am SO glad I went! I got an appointment within 3 days of calling and the wait time at the actual office was short. I loved the room and office set up, it was very cozy and clean. Everyone was friendly and I LOVED the care, treatment, and attention I was given. I was actually listened to and had the procedures I was about to take part in explained to me. The doctor made me feel comfortable and was very informative.

I switched to dr thomas with this baby thinking that since it was a small office it would be nice but the office staff were very rude especially when I would have to call and then at the begining of my preg I called the office and updated my insurance with a employee that told me that it was all updated and I was good to go and made me my new apt then the day after I delivered my baby Dr Thomas stormed into my room asking me if she was good to me and why didn't I make her office aware that I had medicaid and I was shocked because I did make them aware and I had just had a c-section the day before and she said let me see the incision and proceeded to argue with me about the fact that I didn't update my insurance with there office manager but I did with a staff member that assured me that it was updated and I was fine then she said well we fired her so good choice of people to rely on an she said whatever and stormed out of my room I was upset and just taken back I have never been treated like that she was so unprofessional and childish I would never recommend her to anyone.
