They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
