The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail.The doctor did not receive my records from my previous Psychiatrist before my visit and did not let me know that he did not receive that information so it was a long drive for not much of an appointment. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.
