They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

AMAZING!!! I actually enjoy visiting Dr. Feuer and his NP Jason. Very knowledgeable about my gluten challenges among other issues the present with the condition. The office is awesome and very helpful as well. I've been seeing Dr. Feuer for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. He's one of the best, if not THE best GI in Orlando.

I have been visiting Dr. Feuer for years and I love him, his staff and his PA! All of my concerns are always addressed quickly and professionally and I feel that I'm in good hands with his team. I know that sometimes specialists have emergancies that require the Doctor to leave his office, but he always makes an effort to be cautious of wait times. If I cannot make one of his appointment times the office manager is alway eager to accomodate my schedule and make sure that I can see someone. The staff is friendly and courteous, and I know the office manager will always resolve any issues if I have any. I highly reccommend Dr. Feuer, he's amazing.

Here's a problem I have with this doctor and his PA. His P.A. knows nothing at all about medicine. I waited for an appointment with the DOCTOR (NOT A PA) and never got to see the doctor in person. I received no advice, no treatment, no nothing during my appointment with the PA and I was told to come back to see the doctor in person. A few weeks later the doctor's office called and canceled my appt and never called back to re-schedule. However, they want $170 for a visit for NOTHING? Won't happen. I will NEVER pay for a service I did NOT receive NOR will my insurance company who I reported this scam artist to.

I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
