I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.

I HAVE KNOWN DR. JAIN FOR OVER 18 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO COUNT ON HER TO BE COURTIOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL.SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE TO HELP ME IN MY TIME OF NEED, SHE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME AND WILL ALWAYS TRUST HER TO DO HER BEST FOR ME AND ANYONE SHE COMES IN CONTACT WITH.

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
