This practice is great if you are the type of person who has all day to sit and wait. Even if you are early for an appointment, the average wait is 30-40 minutes to be seen. If you try to reschedule it, they love to say, "the dr. will be right with you." If you have questions and are unfortunate enough to get Dr P. Bracero, they will not be answered, he is always in a rush to get out of the room. At 31 weeks of pregnancy, the doctor failed to realize that I am rh negative, never administering the much needed Rhogam shot either. Thank God nothing happened to my baby!

They do charge in advance the delivery charge of babies. In my case. They did not deliver my child, because the practice was going to change to gynecology only. However I still have not received my refund. I must call twice a week. It's been 19 weeks and still I get a different story each time I call. In the end, nothing gets resolved, since they say they will call you back, and the financial manager, Dory, has yet to return one of my calls. They have another employee take my calls instead, with whom I am always leaving messages with. This office is a joke.
