We've been going to Dr Savona since our son was born over 6 years ago. My sister and her children have been going to him for 12 years with their children. He has always been thorough and clear in his explanations. He takes time to talk to my son, and even remembers from visit to visit what he was interested in, which makes my son feel comfortable. They have always squeezed us in when we've needed a sick visit, and we've never felt rushed. I was worried when he brought on Dr Cameron, but we have been so pleased with her as well. She has the same pleasant and engaging type of personality as Dr Savona. We feel just as comfortable visiting her as we have with him. This office is really focused on each child, and not on how many they can rush through in a day. I highly recommend them.

They barely gave me any information at all over the phone for the initial appointment. When asked to bring in medical files of my new one, I was not told to make photocopies, I get there and am told they only take photocopies. They refused to copy ONE page... that's all paperwork I have on my new born. The office staff was not friendly at all or welcoming. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. In order words, take your new born out to make photocopies because the doctor's office is too lazy and cheap to make ONE page copy for their files. What has happened to CUSTOMER ERVICE. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time.
