Always top-notch service by Dr. Basta and her staff. They are proficient, caring, and professional. I had a two-hour procedure today, and I felt very cared for and know the results will be outstanding.

There are no words to say how grateful I am for what Dr Basta has done for me. She gave me back my smile and confidence which I hadn’t had for over several years. The warmth and care i felt from her whole staff was so amazing Dr Basta truly has been given a gift for helping others to me she was the answer to my prayers . My mom and I will forever be grateful to Dr Basta for giving me back my smile her work is amazing. Thank you so much Dr Basta. God bless you and your staff🙏

Couldn't be happier! Having implants done long procedure but well worth it. Dr. Basta & her staff are excellent they make you so comfortable. Dr. Basta explains as she is doing the work. Received my right bottom temporary implants they look & feel great. Can't wait for the next step my top teeth!🦷

Dr Basta has been working on my problematic teeth for the last 4 years. I am so thankful to her. She is very gentle and caring. This office is ultra modern and the staff is very friendly. I recommend Dr Basta specially If you need special treatment like Implants or major dental work.
Remember for those of you who are looking for X-Rays or minor dental work this office is not for you. If your looking a professional Orthodontist specializing in Implants with an Incredible staff and service the is second to none. Make appointment 3 or weeks 4 in advance.

In the short SCREENING appointment time they gave me, charging $251, Basta kept screaming at me, entirely rejecting the recent xrays I brought, and I came out very unhappy, upset and forgetful. Alicia did not give me the copies of the forms she had promised before appointment to give as it was a stack full of legal jargon. When I called the next day for her to send me the copies of the forms, she said, "Records fee is $25". Imagine this RIDICULOUS demand. Avoid this FIENDISH trap.

Terrible person and staff. After she took the x-rays and I decided not to stay with her further, the staff demanded $25 to give the x-rays files.

Her fee for consultation is no less than $250.
She and Her staff, implementing her philosophy is entirely focussed on money.
Her fee for perio exam is $115, oral evaluation is $123, full mouth images $138, diagnostic casts is $166, total $542. and they just increase from there.

So, before you start anything you pay her 542+250, approximately, $800.

She charges $25 for any medical records.

To justify the fee, she plays a video to show you what is a prosthodontist and why they charge so much.

My advice would be to go to her office and come back angry and upset.

Absolutely, do not fall in the trap of sweet speaking phone receptionsits/patient coordinator like Alicia Ramirez.

Doctor is incapable of listening to the patients.

There are many prosthodontists who are really good, just avoid this one.

I would especially advise people from middle-eastern backgrounds to be careful because you are arrayed against a woman and a lot of women staff and they would all gang up on you.

I even heard her yelling, "anta hammar" at some patient. She was constantly speaking over him. She did not provide me information that I was seeking. Instead, she went on a tangent. Then, disregarded the medical records of all other previous dentists. That is how I got all the exam fees above. I am reporting just the FACTS.

Why she seems not to trust any other dentist's work, is beyond me.
I have never met a dentist, male or female, who is so agitated and aggressive as this one.

Like a parrot, she has memorized all the terminology, Buccal,Lingual,Proximal,Distal, but expects others to learn it immediately.

She talks to herself. She is revising her medical knowledge and not explaining to the patient.

The patient does not matter to her. The money and her own ego matters to her.

Her manner appears to have a latent venom.

Every form requires initials for payment of money, in total, 4+12=Sixteen Inidials in Addition to the signatures at the bottom of each form.

I was very pleased with my first visit. Dr. Basta’s level of knowledge and ability to covey key information are superb. I need a lot of work done, and I felt she was very patient, and has the experience.I am going to select her as my dentist.
