I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I have been going to the practice for several years. I have seen Both Dr. Randall and the ARNP Erin Ayers, Both Ms. Ayers & Dr. Randell is a fabulous providers. They listens. They investigate your health issues when needed. They speak in patient friendly dialogue. I trust my health to these ladies.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
