I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. My child absolutely loves Susan White, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
