WOULD BE A FIVE STAR RATING ....IF YOU DIDNT WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR EVERY VISIT.....AND FRONT OFFICE WAS NOT HELPFUL TRYING TO GET A COPY OF RECORDS. SEEMS THEY CANT FAX/MAIL/EMAIL YOU A RELEASE FORM - YOU MUST GO INTO THEIR OFFICE AND BE WITNESSED. IM PRETTY SURE HIPPA WASNT DESIGNED TO BE THIS PETTY WHEN ITS DOCTOR TO DOCTOR.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
