It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I called and made an appointment with their coporate office, which was 10:30 am, the office recorded it as 8 am, so I was late and had to wait understanably, but frustrating. When we entered there was no receptionist, we weren't supposed to sign in a the front, but didn't know. It took nearly 45 minutes before we were called to bring our paperwork in for them to set up the new patient chart. We didn't get in to have my sons wisdom teeth extracted until 12:47 pm. They couldn't get the vein for his IV because by this time in this heat he was dehydrating. When we left I was told all his instructions for postop were on the paper attached to his gauze and there was no information about sutures, whether he had any, whether he needed a follow up to have them removed, whether he should follow up with them or his regular dentist or anything else.
