The problem here is not so much with the doctor, but with the staff. Although the patients are mostly elderly, the nurses mumble, there is no eye contact or personal attention. My mother has been a patient for 5+ years. We always are in time for appointments and wait usually 20-30 minutes to see the doctor, which lasts about 10 minutes. Yesterday we were 5 minutes late for our appt. and they refused to see my mother, wanted to re-schedule. This was 25 minutes before they go to lunch and they were worried that 5 minutes might impact their lunch break.
I had another instance where they were notified well in advance to send files to the hospital for a test for my mom. The records were not there and when I went to the drs office to get them, the staff was at lunch and even though could see me through the glass in the waiting room, made me wait (and keep the hospital waiting to run the test) until they finished the last of their drinks and conversation.
I've already made an appt. for my mom at another doctor--will never return here!

Dr. Revollo has been our family doctor for several years and we have never had a complaint about him. He is soft spoken which makes him great with children and elderly patients. His office staff is always very helpful and his nursing staff makes you feel relaxed and at ease the minute you walk through the door. The waiting area is a bit drab but there's always plenty of seating.
