The staff seemed to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd asked a question, it was answered expertly. It was very reassuring. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Better than all of this - TOP DOC with great results. Time for a tune up 15 years later!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Dr. Walker performed a beautiful job on my eyelids. I can barely find the scars three months later. I was referred to her by my pediatrician after my daughter cut her forehead at school. She repaired my daughters laceration two years ago and their is no scar!

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. could not stiche a thing

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
