I have been bringing my ids to this dentist for a few years. They are usually courteous and respectful. Today was the polar opposite. I too my son in for a routine exam. That went well. He had no cavities and so all he needed was a cleaning. To my shock and dismay the dental hygienist stood RIGHT OUTSIDE the exam room chatting with another co-worker for over 20 minutes!!! I made a comment to my son about the time and actually made eye contact with the other co-worker who just leaned back out of my line of sight and continued talked for another 10 minutes!! When the hygienist finally came in I told her how unprofessional she had been and she had the nerve to suggest we reschedule!!! So, she drags out the appointment by gabbing with her friend outside my son's exam room and I am the one who should be penalized for her conduct?!??!!! I don't think so!! Needless to say I mad a phone call to the office manager as soon as I got home. I will have a difficult time recommending this place to anyone in the future. It only takes one bad experience to ruin a reputation, regardless of previous experiences.
