A great family practice, Dr Beste is a great doctor, his nurse practicioner is very friendly, knowlegable and professional, their office staff is very friendly and efficient. HOWEVER... I dont want to sound like a PITA but I ALWAYS am on time for my appts but I always have to wait a good 45 minutes AFTER my appt to see the Doctor. This is all the time. I can see every so often but this happens every single time. Do they over book?? Also, the Doctor and nurse and office workers need to show some more discretion when discussing a patients condition or medical issues in the office. The waiting room is wide open and you can see/hear everything that's going on. So please either dont say anything or just write the issues down on the patients record and the office staff can read it. Privacy is an utmost concern of mine. You can hear everything the Dr says when waiting in the waiting room.
